@@@OMNISCIENT TUESDAY...KEEPING YOU IN THE KNOW@@@

Good Day! How are you doing? I hope that you are absolutely fabulous on this oh so good Tuesday. By know you should know that Tuesdays here on MC is just a little different because it’s all about keeping you in the know…and that means it’s Omniscient Tuesday on this 30th of September 2008…as a result I hope and trust that so far you’re morning has been completely fabulous or just plain fantastic… So have you ever found yourself just a little bored with nothing to do…especially with it being school holidays sometimes…you sit at home so bored even if you not on holiday…I’ve got some things that you can do on a only when you have absolutely nothing else to do…

1. Sort photographs

2. Sleep

3. Watch television

5. Clean!

Moving onto today’s show we had all the usuals such as you’re Word of the Day, your SA Q&A, you’re Tip of the Day, Job Shop and Information Guide.

We featured interviews with:

· Wikus Walente from Real Property and he spoke to us about technology that helps landlords choose their tenants.

· We also spoke to Piet Maritz from P3 Investment Group and he spoke to us about how to invest in property.

· We ended our interview seris with a interview by estate agent Donovan Demink and he spoke to us about second hand homes and what potential buyers can look out for.

Word of the Day:

MAROON – besides it being a colour is can also mean being abandoned e.g. being abandoned on a island

Trivial Question:

Q: Name the host citites in the 2010 Soccer World Cup? A – Cape Town, B – Johannesburg, C – Durban or D – All of the above
A: All of the above

Did You Knows:

A typical bed usually houses over 6 billion dust mites…Here another fascinating fact for your FYI… If you are right handed, you will tend to chew your food on your right side. If you are left handed, you will tend to chew your food on your left side.

Tip of the Day:

I’ve got your tips on ways to empty your mind… Emptying your mind is very powerful when you have a problem. Now, learn how to!

1. Sit somewhere quiet. Total silence is not necessary – but music, television noise, or people talking will be distracting.

2. Sit comfortably. Sitting in a chair is fine. Sit reasonably upright, but do not strain to achieve any particular posture.

3. Wear loose, comfortable clothes. Loosen your belt if it is tight.

4. Close your eyes. Almost all the way, so that a little light enters but you cannot see anything clearly.

5. When thoughts come – let them come. When thoughts go – let them go. If you find yourself involved in a stream of thoughts, let go of your involvement with them. Keep letting go of involvement. Remain uninvolved. Just let go. Whatever happens – let it be as it is.

6. If you feel good – do not hold on to those positive thoughts. If you feel bad – do not reject those negative thoughts. Especially important: if you feel nothing in particular – do not drift into numbness and lack of presence.
Remain alert. You probably will feel refreshed and empty minded
