****BEST OF THE BEST...OF LAST WEEK****

Good Day! How are you doing? I hope that you are absolutely fabulous on this oh so good Monday. hope and trust that you are fantastic and doing excellent on this Monday morning…all fully geared for the week and the month that lays ahead…mmm now if you feel like you still recovering from the weekend maybe things just got a little hectic, maybe you were just chilled this weekend… Just a reminder…Today is the 8th of September 2008 and that of course means that it’s not only the Monday but also our spring Edition of the Morning Cruise… If today seems not to be going your way or maybe your feeling just a little low and your thinking to yourself… I have lus for absolutely nothing then…and now the weather is not really helping too…

Moving onto today’s show we had all the usuals such as you’re Word of the Day, your SA Q&A, you’re Tip of the Day, Job Shop and Information Guide.

We also had interview with:

* We also featured our very best interviews featured last week here on the Morning Cruise…Dr Helena Cronin in a pre recorded interview she spoke to us about Darwinian Theory and men and women being genetically geared to perform certain tasks and careers.

* We’ll also be chatting to Patrick Godana from the One Man Can and this is an organization for men and he spoke to us about HIV/AIDS and how it affects men toughing on the role that they play.

* And lastly we’ll be joined by Louie De Waal from the Bicycle Empowerment Network and he spoke to us about the organisation and how it promotes the use of bicycles in our everyday life sounds pretty cool because with the increase in petrol prices and now the decrease people can make use of good old fashion bicycles.

Word of the Day:

FULMINATE - To issue or utter verbal attacks

Trivial Question:

Q: Name the most popular sport in SA?
A: Soccer

Did You Knows:

Right handed people live, on average, nine years longer than left-handed people…another interesting one… What is called a "French kiss" in the English speaking world is known as an "English kiss" in France

Tip of the Day:

I’ve got your tips on welcoming in a new month now this is a short activity that allows you to appreciate the passing of time…So here are those tips...

1. Wait until the last five or ten minutes of the last day of the current month to begin. Please note that the day is slightly different each month.

2. Dress in the proper attire to go outside. If it is raining, wear a raincoat and/or carry an umbrella. If the month you are welcoming is in winter, wear a warm jacket. It is important to stay comfortable, so you can appreciate the moment.

3. Walk outside.

4. Take some deep breaths. Take note of the temperature, cloud cover, and weather. Notice what you are wearing and how you are feeling. Are the trees budding or are the leaves beginning to fall? Is it seasonably warm or cold? What do you smell? Can you see the stars?

5. Remember back on the last time you welcomed in a month. How has the weather changed?

6. Think of what this new month will bring and remember back on the good times of the leaving month.

7. Go back inside, feeling quiet and calm.

8. Repeat all steps for the coming months.

Quote of the Day:

Zig Ziglar - Make failure your teacher, not your undertaker

It’s time for me to love and leave you. You must have oh so super Monday. Let’s chat again tomorrow…Much Love…Peace.
