Good Day! How are you doing? I hope that you well and oh so good. Just a reminder that today in fact is the 31st of July 2008 and that of course means that it is the Thursday Edition of the Morning Cruise… so it’s the end of July and as from tomorrow we’ll be in a brand new month, so you can turn over a new leaf and really embrace the newness of August...I know some of you are thinking thank goodness winter is pass, because after August it’s Spring and then the month that I know many of you have been waiting for Summer…I know when you see days such as yesterday and some even some such as today it’s chilly, and cold and all you wanna do is keep warm…so you can’t wait for summer and what it has to offer, short sleeve tops, summer shorts and skirts…don’t forget the beach…I still love winter tho…but I must admit summer is not to to bad either… So I observed something people being very very courteous…and I must say it makes me proud to see people being so courteous to one another…Proudly South African or Capetonian…

Tip of the Day:

So I’ve got your tips on how to enjoy more laughter in your life. Here are some tips to help you enjoy laughter from your life on a whole new level…

1. Practice laughing 5 min/day. Fake it till you make it.

2. Look for humor around you--on signs, in people's behavior, on TV, in the newspaper, the things others say, the crazy things that happen to you.--Keep a journal.

3. Share your embarrassing moments with other people.

4. Learn to play with things that are serious like work, social issues, money, etc. For example, use word play, silly songs, or develop a comical view of the issue to help you laugh and cope.

5. Laugh with other people when they laugh.

6. Wear a smile. It puts you closer to laughing.

7. Seek out entertainment which makes you laugh.

8. Amuse yourself with your own sense of humor.
9. Make sure you have fun.

10. Give yourself permission to laugh at anything you need to.
