Word of the Day:

INEFFABLE - Incapable of being expressed in words; unspeakable; unutterable; indescribable

Trivial Question:

Q: Name the two SA icons that won the Nobel Peace Prize? Is it…A – Peter de Villiars and Breyton Paulse, B – Bredna Fassi and Yvonne Chakaka or C - Nelson Mandela and F.W De Klerk
A: C - Nelson Mandela and F.W De Klerk

Tip of the Day:

So what has your day been like thus far… if the answer is not to good then don’t worry because I have all your tips on having a guaranteed good day….
1. BREAKFAST - So many people skip breakfast as they think it is not important, thye are fat, lazy, require coffee to even get moving. Eat a decent healthy breakfast. You have not eaten for 8 hours your body is literally starving, it needs food.

2. POSITIVE THOUGHTS, DREAM BUILDING, AFFIRMATIONS - Spend 5 minutes in the morning thinking about the life you are going to have, the places you are going to be and how you will feel when you are successful. Alternatively say your affirmations that these things are coming, try to convince your mind through repitition that they are coming.

3. READ A POSITIVE BOOK FOR 30 MINUTES - Read for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at night and you will get the equivalent of a University (College) education in a year. Reading something educational will mean you are improving yourself, it will run through your mind for the rest of hte day and it will become a part of you. Over time this changes the way you think, and the answer (and questions!) you have.
4. EXERCISE - 40 minutes of exercise each morning will get your blood pumping and wake you up, it will also give you an appetite for breakfast and you will burn more fat in the morning.

5. SMILE - Seriously look in the mirror and put a smile on your face, pretend if you have to you will find that after 5 minutes you will actually feel happier.

Quote of the Day:

Lou Erickso - Life is like a taxi. The meter just keeps a-ticking whether you are getting somewhere or just standing still

It’s time for me to love and leave you. You must have oh so super Wednesday. Let’s chat again tomorrow…Much Love…Peace.
