Good Day! How are you doing? I hope that you well and oh so good. If you thinking mmm what day is it today’s date …Today is the 29th of July 2008 and that of course means that it is the Tuesday edition of the Morning Cruise…So yesterday I spoke about the good and bad thing about getting paid…so today I want to know from you if you got paid have you done anything in particular to spoil, pamper or even treat yourself…I think it’s important to just do something for yourself…I know times are tough, but even if its something small such as your favourite chocolate or buying you something that you’ve been yearning for months I think you should get it because my theory is that it kinda keeps you going for the next month until the next pay check…If you that kinda person or even if you not then call me tell what you do to spoil or treat yourself if you get paid… even if you a pensioner I’m sure you have your favourite item that you just love… you can call because this of course is your station after all…

Moving onto today’s show we had all the usuals such as you’re Word of the Day, your SA Q&A, and you’re Tip of the Day.

We also had interview with:

· Charmaine Treherne, she’s from the non-profitable organisation called Safe Age and she joined me on the line to talk about genetically modified foods.

· We also spoke to Avril Arendse and she’s from Women 2 Women Network this is an organisation that helps to empower women from different communites in the business sector and we’ll in fact be chatting about the Millionaires Club.

· Lastly we spoke to Denise Bouwman and she’s a woman doing some great things in her community and she’s from a non profitable organisation called Alpha and she just spoke to us about a feeding scheme run by the organization.

Word of the Day:

MERITORIOUS - deserving reward or praise or commendable

Trivial Question:

Q: Name the former Springbok captain that led the boks to victory in 1995?
A: Francois Pienaar

Tip of the Day:

I’ve got your tips and I’m actually exited about today’s tips, and we talking about accepting yourself…accepting who you are…Instead of looking and focusing on all of the negative things, find and focus on all the good qualities you possess…

1. Make a list of all the bad qualities you have and of all the good qualities you have and compare. If the "con" list is longer, find a way to spin some of the qualities and to turn them into something positive. For instance, if you think that you're too blunt, put a spin on it--you're honest and don't mince words! Usually the bad list is longer because of your own insecurities.

2. Every time you look yourself in the mirror call out something good about yourself. Your thoughts have incredible power to help you change your way of thinking.

3. Instead of feeling bad about yourself, every single day do something to correct your perceived flaws. If you have a problem with your weight, try exercising. Style? Try a makeover! There is a solution to every problem if you're willing to make the effort.

4. Tell yourself every day that you are a beautiful and unique person. And soon that person that you extremely dislike so much will transform into a extremely beautiful and remarkable person.

Quote of the Day:

Anthony J. D'Angelo - Become a student of change. It is the only thing that will remain constant

It’s time for me to love and leave you. You must have oh so super Tuesday. Let’s chat again tomorrow…Much Love…Peace.
