Good Day! How are you doing? I hope that you had an absolutely fabulous on this oh so super Thursday. Today is the 22nd of May 2008 and that of course means that it is the Thursday edition of the Morning Cruise…so Thursday is here and you have nothing to worry about because its merely one more sleep until the weekend then of course marking the end of the week. So ja if it’s you B-DAY or Anniversary on this cold, frosty and chilly autumns day I hope that you have a wonderful day and that you are spoilt by your family or loved ones coz you deserve it…or if you have just became a grandparent or a parent yourself then congratulations because those are all wonderful successes…

Moving onto today’s show we had all the usuals such as you’re Word of the Day, your SA Q&A, Information Guide, JobShop, and you’re Tip of the Day.

We had an interview with:

· Our second interview was Shane Lentoor and Melissa Dimphona and they are from the an organisation that helps young people in prison, the organisation is called Young in Prison.

I spoke about bad habits, mmm this happens to the most of us, we all have bad habits such as…Well if so then this is the place that you should be its time for your tips with your Tip of the Day…

1. Challenge Yourself - Do not be afraid to challenge yourself. You can do it.

2. Know the Benefits - Make a list of all the good reasons to break the habit and use this as a list of things to fight for when you feel like giving up.

3. Take Action - Set yourself up for success by taking immediate action to change your behaviour.

4. Eliminate Excuses -Take steps during your downtime to eliminate excuses during your more hectic times.

5. Do Not Give Up - If you slip, don’t throw your plan away. Just move on and keep going. Failure is only a reality when you stop trying.

6. Reward Yourself - While accomplishment is a reward itself.

7. Keep It Up - When you have succeeded, it will be easy to let your guard down.
