Word of the Day:

CAVIL – to quibble or raise unimportant objections

Trivial Question:

Q: Name the president of the African National Congress?
A: Jacob Zuma

Tips of the Day:

I spoke about complaining like I said it’s easier to complain than actually do something…

Step1 - Be quiet; even when it is hard to do and you would rather not keep be quiet. This is the easiest way to stop complaining.

Step2 - Look at the sunny side of life. Think about how pretty it is outside, how much you have going for you and how lucky you are in so many ways.

Step3 - Give yourself a break. Take a walk or workout to get your body moving. Pet a cat or dog. Plant some flowers.

Step4 - Stop complaining if you are a big complainer. Decide right now today that you will take a week or two and not say anything at all unless it is positive, encouraging or uplifting.

Step5 - Make yourself feel better. Buy some new clothes, eat something special, get your hair styled or polish your car. Why complain when you have choices like these you can make?

Quote of the Day:

William James - Believe that life is worth living and your belief will help create the fact

It’s time for me to love and leave you. You must have oh so super Wednesday. Let’s chat again on tomorrow…Much Love…Peace.
