Word of the Day:

EXECRABLE – extremely bad or unpleasant

Trivial Question:

Q: How old will Nelson Mandela be this year?
A: 90 years old

Tips of the Day:

I spoke today about the peace of mind and inner peace in your daily life and the importance, as it helps you deal with difficult situations or periods in your life head on …

1. Avoid Negativity: We have all come across toxic people in our lives at one time or another. Be it a family member, a co-worker or a lover. All it takes is one negative comment to eat away at you and slowly bring down your self esteem.

2. Cast Away All Doubt: Doubt will dictate how you live your life. It eats away at your sense of self worth like cancer. It spreads through out your thought life telling you, you are not educated enough, you are not pretty enough, and you will not be able to fulfill your dreams.

3. Stop Being Petty: Worrying about little things you have no control over cause's mental and physical stress.

4. Quit Being Cynical: You question everything and everybody. You always expect the worse. Open your eyes and see all the beautiful colours in the world, everything is not grey.

5. Have a Sense of Direction: Be confident in who you are and where you want to go in life.

Quote of the Day:

Dr David Hawkins – Change the world not by what we say or do, but as a consequence of what we have become

It’s time for me to love and leave you. You must have oh so super Thursday…Much Love…Peace.
