Good Day! How are you doing? I hope that you had an absolutely fabulous on this Monday. I hope that you so far your morning has been absolutely fantastic, especially after the weekend … I hope that you got all the rest that you deserve and sleeps that you deserve and that if you are a mother your loved ones showed you them all the appreciated in the world that they have for you…So did you find it hard to stand up this morning if so then I’m sure you are not the only one many people out there found themselves in the same predicament…But as always the Morning Cruise is here for you as always is here to help and ease you through this Monday as … Today is the 12th of May 2008, on that note if it’s your birthday or anniversary on this beautiful autumn’s day then you are so lucky…happy birthday/anniversary… I hope that you have a wonderful day and that you are spoilt by your family or loved ones coz you deserve it…

Tips of the Day:

I spoke about how you can make 2008 the best year ever so if 2007 was not particularly your year then you can make up for that in 2008 …and don’t think because we are in May already that you can’t make it the best year ever…

1. One goal - If you have 10 goals, you’ll spread your focus thinly. But if you have one goal, you’ll be able to focus you energy and attention completely on that one goal. And that’s one of the secrets of success. Put your goal on your wall, on you computer desktop.

2. Create a new habit - Goals are achieved by habits. What habit can you develop this month to help achieve your One Goal for this year? Once you’ve identified that goal, you’ll need to commit yourself, hold yourself accountable to a group of people, and focus completely on that habit for a month.

3. Take action now - Take action today to make your goal come true. Take one action toward your One Goal every day, first thing in the day. The actions can be small things: making a list, making a call, doing some research

4. Simplify - if you take the time to simplify your life, in some way, this month, your year will be much better. When we have too much going on in our lives, it overwhelms us. It makes us ineffective.

5. Focus on happiness - What makes you happy? That should be the focus of your life. This year, make happiness be your priority.

6. Schedule time for you, and your loved ones - At least one thing on your short list of 4-5 things should be something you love to do. Spending time with yourself, doing something you love to do, will give you time for reflection.

7. Learn to focus - Each morning (or the night before), make a list of the 3 most important things that you want to accomplish today. Then start on the first one, first thing, instead of getting distracted by email or any of the other things that take away your attention.
