Step1
Be happy! It takes some work, but if you wake up every morning with happy thoughts, your day will be brighter.

Lastly we spoke to Dr Peter Johnston applied climatologist of the University of Cape Town. He joined us to discuss a talk he recently held on climate change and food security.
