S.A TRIVIA QUESTION

TRUE/FALSE The Cape Floral Region is one of them?

Answer: TRUE

TIP OF THE DAY
How to Avoid Angry Road Rage
It's happened to the best of us. You get cut off in traffic and your blood boils. Don't let road rage ruin your daily commute. A few simple steps are the key to a more pleasant drive and a better day overall.

Step1It may sound easier than it is, but leaving early is the first step in avoiding road rage. If you give yourself ample time to get to your destination, you will be less likely to be effected by other people's bad driving.

Step2As soon as possible after leaving your house, do a good driving deed. Allow another driver into traffic or give a car space to join your lane if their blinker is on. Good deeds will be rewarded. This also helps set the tone for your own driving.

Step3Do as to others as you want them to do to you. The Golden Rule still applies behind the wheel. Use your blinker, allow plenty of room when changing lanes, drive no closer than 3 car lengths behind the car ahead of you, etc.

Step4Tune the radio to a station you enjoy listening to. If your atmosphere inside the car is more pleasing, you will be in a better mood also.

WE ALSO FEATURED:
Andre Palmer from Abassadors of Sport whose goal is to see effective and sustainable soccer outreach in every community across Africa. They currently looking for donations to send S.A’s very first team to the A.C Milan Continental Cup where the kids have the opportunity to receive a full scholarship to study in the USA and more.

We then spoke to Ayesha Seedat from the Heart and Stroke Foundation SA who joined us to speak their School Tuck Shop Programme trying to create and healthier eating environment for school kids.

Lastly we spoke to Marco Matshoba from Vuk' uqaqambe Foundation. A non profit organisation which tutors grade 12 black learners helping them achieve better results then what they currently are unable to achieve

QUOTE OF THE DAY
Mother Teresa:
Keep in mind that our community is not composed of those who are already saints, but of those who are trying to become saints. Therefore let us be extremely patient with each other's faults and failures.
