BILK - defraud; cheat

S.A TRIVIA QUESTION

A – Welkom B – Bloemfontein C – Weltevreden

Ans. B – Bloemfontein

Bloemfontein is the economic and cultural centre of the Free State. It is also called the City of Roses, a modern city and is seat of the South African Supreme Court.

DID YOU KNOW:

Canada is an Indian word meaning "Big Village". …………And did you know that The dollar symbol ($) is a U combined with an S (U.S.)

Also it’s said that Today, there are more than 2 700 different languages spoken in the world, with more than 7 000 dialects. In Indonesia alone, 365 different languages are spoken. More than 1,000 different languages are spoken in Africa

TIP OF THE DAY
How to Decide Whether It's Worth Spending Your Time Doing Something

Decide what you will gain from the completion of a certain activity. Will you gain a physical reward, such as
money or a gift? Or, will it be an intangible reward, such as love or personal satisfaction? Activities such as raking the lawn for parents or babysitting might earn you cash, while doing something like volunteer work would bring you personal satisfaction.

Figure out if the reward, whatever it is, makes the task worth your time. Why
volunteer at a certain location if you absolutely despise it and it doesn't bring you any happiness? Why babysit children you can't stand for tiny wages, especially if you aren't in need of money?

Ask yourself why it is you are considering dropping a certain activity. Is it a
lack of motivation? Do you feel ill-prepared? Are you not confident in your abilities? Be your own therapist for a moment, and dig a bit deeper into your conscience.

Inquire
friends and family on their opinions, but don't let what they say completely affect your final decision. It's good to get other opinions, but it's even better to think for yourself. Let their answers guide, but not lead you.

Make your decision. Don't make a rash decision, but allow yourself time to think about it. It's best to give yourself a couple of days to decide what would be best. Still, don't dwell on the issue and don't let it interfere with your life. Make the best decision for you.
