Hello there. How are you doing? I hope I find you to be well this afternoon. Yes, it is my last day tomorrow, but we not going to get sad over that now. So, this is what happened on the show for today:

11:05 For our first interview we spoke to a South African artist Wesley Solomon who was joined by Kia Johnson from LMX Studios. Wesley has a CD launch on 09/03/08 at Manenberg Jazz CafĂ©. Wesley just took us through he’s journey of music upto the point of the production of the CD. The album titled Nuthin has quite a number of great tracks on it which Wesley had written most of. This musician had the greater part to play in the composition of the album. Kia took us through the production of the album as LMX Studios had a hand in that. She is mostly responsible for the marketing and getting the album out. So, should you wish to have more information or get a copy of the album, you may may make use of the details below.

11:35 For our second interview we spoke to Jo Marshall-Smith about the breathing workshops they have running in different communities. Jo spoke to us about the benefits to correct breathing and the things we do wrong. She took us through the techniques that one should focus on when doing these exercises. During these workshops one is being shown how to use the full capacity of one’s lungs. So, for more information, you may make use of the details below.
