How to Cure Flu's and Cold' s Natural Remedy/recipes

Things You’ll Need:
raw garlic ,fresh ground black pepper ,eucalyptus oil ,peppermint

Step1 Avoid dairy, sugar, white flour, and meat if at all possible. It's best to stick to light soups and whole grains. Take a multi-vitamin, you should be receiving 1000 IU vitamin E,A, and D plus 4000mg vitamin C. foods with raw garlic, fresh ground pepper, and honey all aid the body in the fight against common viruses.

Step2 Aroma therapy can be helpful especially involving Basil essence being inhaled twice daily and eucalyptus three times daily. To relieve symptoms over the counter medications are available at most convenience stores.

Step3 Drink lots of fluids. These Herbs can be taken separately or in a combined tea 3-4 times a day with 1-1 ratio:
Elder flower, peppermint, Yarrow

*****Yarrow is one of the best diaphoretic herbs available to us and has become a standard remedy for aiding the body in dealing with fevers. For colds it is best combined with other herbs such as peppermint and elderberry. Yarrow is easy to grow and plants are freely available - so grow your own. Make a standard infusion with 3 - 6 teaspoons fresh herb, or 1 - 2 teaspoons dried herb. Take one cup three times a day ******

Step4 A warm bath with sea salt relieves sinus congestion, especially in cold weather. Even a hot foot soak can remove chilled feelings.

WE ALSO FEATURED:
We played an interview with Dermatologist Dr Jean Louw who spoke to us about the need to know about skincare.
