We featured a documentary on:

· Rape in South Africa

Word of the Day:

DISHEVELED - loose disorder

Trivial Question:

Q: Which team defeated South Africa in the 2010 African Nations Cup Group four qualifier?
A: Nigeria

Tip of the Day:

Now earlier I spoke about saving and the importance of saving and turning around those pennies. So here are some tips …

1. Distinguish between Wants and Needs - You will save a ton of money if you don't mistake wants for needs. Needs are pretty simple to identify--those items that are necessary to sustain: Shelter, food, clothing, transportation. Wants are those things that enhance or possibly improve our family life.

2. Try before you Buy - This goes a long way in helping to avoid the silly purchases of things you rarely or never use. Before you buy something, especially items with big price tags, borrow one, rent one or try one out before you plunk down the cash.

3. Save change – Spare all those pennies lying in your wallet and throw it in a jar so that at the end of the month you can make use of that money.

Quote of the Day:

Benjamin Franklin - Whatever is begun in anger ends in shame

It’s time for me to love and leave you. You must have oh so super Friday and a fabulous weekend. Let’s chat again tomorrow…Much Love…Peace…
