In Studio Today :: Robyn Radcliffe

We had Robyn in studio talking to us about her show an evening of Jazz, Hip-hop and Spoken Word at the Obz Cafe Theatre this Saturday 31 March 2012 starting at 8:00pm.

Robyn also gave us a snippet of the poem that she will be performing called "Ode to the wondrous Cleavage"  we will be uploading the sound clip later on the blog.

Here is more info about the performers for this Saturday ::

Mr Black, poet/rapper, will bring thought-provoking social commentary, woven with strong African roots and a dash of Western flavour which will entertain and educate at the same time.

Robyn Radcliffe, spoken word artist, writer and social activist, will take you on a uniquely diverse journey, ranging from the trauma of birth and topical societal issues, to light-hearted, tongue -in-cheek humour that will push your buttons and leave you giggling.

Mr Jazz, life-coach, singer/song-writer and poet and his band, The Paradox, will be sharing his perfectly imperfect stories including his two popular radio singles, "Perfect Mood" and "Feel For Life." His smooth sounds combine consciousness with commercial appeal - which never fails to create an interesting mix.
