S.A TRIVIA QUESTION
Name the group Mandoza was part of before beginning his solo career?
A – Demin B – Chiskop C – The Rockets

Answer is: B – Chiskop

Here’s some info:
In a country where stars come and go Mandoza is the real thing – a bona fide talent with loads of real star quality. It first became apparent when Mandoza surfaced as part of kwaito group, Chiskop, and was confirmed with a 2000 FNB South African Music Award nomination as Best Newcomer.
Mandoza was voted 77th in the Top 100 Great South Africans in 2004.

DID YOU KNOW
China has the most TV sets (300 million). The first daily broadcast was started by the BBC in November 1936. Also did you know The first Best Picture Oscar for an animation was awarded in 1991 for Disney's Beauty and the Beast.

TIP OF THE DAY
How to Be Funny

Step1: Don't take yourself or your work too seriously.

Step2: Keep your wits about you. Be quick with your responses, because much of humor is getting the timing right.

Step3: Know that life is covered by a veneer of phoniness, and see through that veneer. See things for what they are.

Step4: Accept the facts as they are, but exaggerate or distort those facts to draw attention to them.

Step5: Make up games to make the day-to-day aspects of your life more entertaining. For example, figure out why the people in the other cars look the way they do when you're stuck in a traffic jam.

Step6: Bring to life characters and stories that people can relate to and recognize in their own lives. Remember that your life is the subject matter you know best, so use it.

Step7: Read your audience and time your jokes correctly. Use pauses to allow the audience - your co-workers, your spouse or whomever - to absorb the humor.

Step8: Have confidence in your observations and stories.

Step9: Relax and enjoy life.
