Keeping you in the know
For thousands of years people did not know why we breathe air. Plato and Aristotle believed that nutrients from food were burned in the heart, making the flame that brought warmth and life to the body. They thought that the air that we breathe helped to keep the fire controlled. Oxygen was discovered to be a chemical element, and vital in breathing, by 18th century. Oxygen is necessary for the chemical reactions inside a cell. (The word oxygen is from the Greek meaning acid burning.)

How many stadiums are being utilized for the 2010 FIFA world cup?
A – 9    B – 3    C – 10
Answer: C – 10
The final 10 stadiums were utilised for the 2010 Soccer World Cup in South Africa: Five of South Africa's football stadiums underwent major renovations for 2010: Soccer City and Ellis Park in Johannesburg, Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria, the Royal Bafokeng stadium in Rustenburg in North West Province and the Free State Stadium in Bloemfontein in the Free State.
New stadiums have been built at Mbombela in Mpumalanga and in the Nelson Mandela Metro (encompassing Port Elizabeth) in the Eastern Cape. Peter Mokaba stadium in Polokwane in Limpopo has been rebuilt, as will the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban and Cape Town's Green Point stadium, Green Point complete with a retractable dome to protect fans and players from the Cape's unpredictable winter weather.

How to stop being LAZY!!
Try to figure out what causes it.
If you have too much on your mind and find it hard to even start thinking about all the things you have to do, it's time to write it down. Write everything that comes to your mind, things to do, things to think about, things that bother you. You'd probably realize soon enough, that things aren't as bad as you thought.

You may need to change the way you do your "self talk". Do you talk to yourself like a parent talks to a child? You're grownup now. It's time to change the way you think about tasks and responsibilities. Instead of thinking "YOU have to do this", think- "I want to do this because?" and give yourself a really good reason why.
