Good Day! How are you doing? I hope that you had an absolutely fabulous on this oh so super Wednesday. Today is the 23rd of April 2008 and that means the mid-week Wednesday edition of the Morning Cruise. Its Wednesday I so can’t that the we here at the half way mark of the week, but I do think that it’s all the better because with the amount of long weekends and public holidays on its way so that of course means more rest, fun and time with loved ones…So if it’s your birthday or anniversary on this Wednesday morning you are so lucky…but happy birthday/anniversary… I hope that you have a wonderful day and that you are spoilt by your family or loved ones coz you deserve it…

We had an interview with:
· A woman that is doing some amazing things in her community of Ocean View and her name is Lillian Booysen with a recreation centre that she has set up and also looking after almost seventy children living in her block of flats. If you would like to know more you can contact her on 073 9966636.
· Our second interview was with Cathy Mcquaide and she is from the Sports Science Institute of South Africa and she spoke about Let’s Get Moving and she will be talking about the importance of a healthy lifestyle. · Our last interview was Craig Carbutt and he spoke to us about the Adult Basic Education Programme literacy programme. This programme teaches adults to read and write and also basic maths skills.
