TIP OF THE DAY
How to enjoy dancing

Pretend nobody else is there, close your eyes if that helps.

If you haven't danced for a while, a simple two-step will do. You'll notice most people will be doing the same.

When you hear a song you like, don't hold back. Just move, grab a friend.

Be a sport. When everyone is on the floor enjoying themselves join them. Their energy will feed on you.

Most important choose your venue well. Before you go out find out whether it's your kind of music. You don't want to be caught in a fast paced rave if you a slow dancer.

When knowing you going out to dance or perhaps you know that the karaoke will end with a dance session make sure you wearing comfortable clothing. Nothing ruins a good dance then tight shoes or pants.

Be a sport. When everyone is on the floor enjoying themselves join them. Their energy will feed on you.

Lastly don't be too insecure when dancing remember that you not at a dancing competition there are no judges. If there are a group of immature individuals no to worry they probably too insecure to dance themselves
