Hello! How are you doing? I hope that everything is well your side. Today went a little better than yesterday as my official day as a presenter of MC, so i’m hoping to just grow from here.

Melanie Johan a nutristionst, who is the brainchild behind the "Get in Shape in 8 weeks Challenge" that’s taking place at Norman Henshilwood High School. The interview with Melanie went well, we spoke about the weight loss challenge that they are currently running at the school in a plight to encourage a healthy lifestyle among young teenagers.
