Hi there. Hope everything is going well for you on this Thursday afternoon. It is that time of the week again. What? You don’t know what time? It’s that time of the week that brings on Friday. Well, I can understand if the mind is not functioning the way it should. The short week had everybody a bit crazy. Well, this is what we had done for the day.
10:35 Today we spoke about self-esteem. A Topic that is often not well understood. A Gentleman who cleared this up for us was Bryan Slendar. He took us through the different self-esteem types. He spoke to us about low as well as healthy self-esteem. Quite a lot can be learned about self-esteem. Bryan is also having a talk tonight and a workshop that is beeing held on the 5th of October.
