11:05 For our first interview we spoke to a South African artist Wesley Solomon who was joined by Kia Johnson from LMX Studios. Wesley has a CD launch on 09/03/08 at Manenberg Jazz CafĂ©. Wesley just took us through he’s journey of music upto the point of the production of the CD. The album titled Nuthin has quite a number of great tracks on it which Wesley had written most of. This musician had the greater part to play in the composition of the album. Kia took us through the production of the album as LMX Studios had a hand in that. 11:35 For our second interview we spoke to Jo Marshall-Smith about the breathing workshops they have running in different communities. Jo spoke to us about the benefits to correct breathing and the things we do wrong. She took us through the techniques that one should focus on when doing these exercises. As you know it was my Birthday on Saturday and I went hiking and went for a picnic afterwards. A Dog named Selly from the area accompanied us on our walk. That was quite cool though. John allso spoke to us about his personal journey from the time he became an addict to the point he decided to get help. Hi there. How are you on this Wednesday afternoon. I hope I find you to be well. I know it is a bit late, but I trust you had a very nice and very safe weekend. As you would know, we normaly take it rustig on a Monday, but we had an Outside Broadcast in Kraaifontein regarding the 1000 Volunteers Programme Official Launch. That was the very first Outside Broadcast for me and I think it went quite well. I think it went quite well in the light that 1000 community members are willing to help others to build houses. I think it must be very rewarding to be able to have a hand in how your house would look once it is done. Now, for today’s show.
